  • Relax the arms to the sides and remain there as long as you are comfortable.
  • Come out of the pose by rolling off the bolster or the blanket and onto your side. Then press your hands on the floor to sit up.
  • Irrigate your Sinuses

Now, you must be thinking about what irrigation is. Well, sinus irrigation is a method that is used to open sinus passages. In this method, the saltwater solution is used and it forces out the germs and the stuck mucus.

It is done by using one popular device among people which is the net pot. It has been proved by several researchers that a neti pot can help in curing the symptoms of the sinus and helps in opening up the blocked sinuses.

It is also suggested that people must use sterile water which is sterilized water. It can be achieved by boiling the water for 3 to 5 minutes and then cooling it down. Ths is done to avoid any parasite going into your nasal passage.
